To connect to a lab on 3Shape TRIOS, you can:

1. Open Dental Desktop or 3Shape Unite software

2. Select More

3. Select Settings

4. Select Connections

5. Select Labs

6. Select Add

7. Search for a lab by name, email address, address, or phone number

8. Select the lab you want to connect to from the search results (Desert and Crown)

9. Click Connect 

The lab will need to approve your request before you can connect. Once the lab approves your request, the connection will be added to your list of connected laboratories.

To connect with labs using DS Core, you can:

1. Register as a lab or practice on dscore.com 

2. Select a subscription 

3. Download the DI & CAD/CAM connector to connect supported equipment 

4. Set up your profile with your lab's information, including hours, location, and services 

5. Invite your current customers to join the platform 

6. To add a preferred lab, you can:

   • Click the blue Send Invitation button 

   • The lab will receive an email with a link to sign up 

You can also send a case through DS Core by emailing the recipient a link to access the files on DS Core.

To connect with labs using Medit, you can invite them to join Medit Link: 

1. Go to the Medit Link website and log in to your account 

2. Click Partners on the left side 

3. Click Invite Partner in the top left of your screen 

4. Enter the email address of the business you want to work with 

5. Send the invitation 

6. Once the invited organization accepts the invitation and signs up for Medit Link, the partnership will be automatically established 

You can also search for a lab by name, email address, or zip code.

To connect with labs using CS Connect, dentists can invite labs to be partners and submit cases to them: 

• Invite a lab to be a partner

  Log in to CS Connect, click Invite a partner in the Partners window, enter the lab's email address, and send the invitation. The lab will receive an email with a link to connect to CS Connect. 

• Submit a case to a lab

  Select a lab from the Laboratory drop-down list, add prescription information and supporting documents, and click Submit. 

• Check the status of a case

  CS Connect allows users to check the status of a case online and receive real-time updates. 

Extracting raw files from the scanner software should be straightforward. Please send them to us afterward.
